unnamedSince BOEM promulgated its renewable energy regulations in 2009, we have made substantial progress in moving forward with planning and leasing efforts in support of renewable energy development on the Outer Continental Shelf.

Now that BOEM’s renewable energy program has moved beyond its early stages, it is time to assess our existing processes, and we believe stakeholder feedback is crucial to this effort.

To that end, BOEM would like to invite you to comment on our renewable energy program. Specifically, we would like to know which aspects of the program that you have found to be successful, and where there may be opportunities for improvement.
